1. £100 deposit per angler will be required within 14  working days of agreement to secure each Individual booking.
2. Alternatively a £500 deposit will be required within 14 working days for an Exclusive booking.
3. The remaining balance of your holiday must be paid a minimum of 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
4. In the event of non-receipt of the deposit, the booking will be cancelled.
5. In the event of non-receipt of the balance, we reserve the right to retain the deposit in full to cover administration costs.
6. If you cancel in writing less than 12 weeks prior to the booking, we reserve the right to retain all funds paid in full, unless we can re-book the lake for those dates.
7. If you cancel your reservation in writing more than 12 weeks prior to arrival and your booking has been paid in full, we will refund majority of the balance, including bait, end tackle and food. We reserve the right to retain initial deposit to cover short notice re-booking compensation and administration costs.
8. In the case of changing the booking date for an alternative availability, you must inform us in writing 12 weeks before your arrival. Wherever possible, we will endeavor to make the necessary arrangements. Booking dates may only be changed once.
9. In the unlikely event Etang de Villaine has to cancel your booking, we will endeavor to find an alternative date. If this is not possible, we will reimburse the monies paid in full.
10. Please ensure appropriate travel insurance is taken out after your booking confirmation. This will enable you to make the necessary claim for reimbursement in the event of cancellation.
11. All parties must have full personal, travel and medical insurance in place before arrival.
12. Please Note - our fishing packages do not include travel costs or medical and travel insurance.
13. Etang de Villaine cannot be held responsible for any of the following, that may cause delays to your holiday. 

• Personal Injury
• Loss or Damage to Personal Property
• Any Delay
• Political Unrest
• Strikes
• Port or Airport Closures/Delays
• Fire/Flood
• Extreme Weather, causing travel disruption
• War or Threat of Terrorist Activity

You will receive a confirmation email on receipt of the transaction, detailing your booking information and any tackle/bait/food requirements you have requested.

Please insure appropriate travel insurance, medical insurance and passport are all up to date.

Etang de Villaine will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, illness or losses.

We reserve the right to terminate your stay with us if we judge your behavior to be unacceptable to our clients or any other person, or behavior which may contravene our lake regulations.
